Very antentive, I didn't feel like a bother, I have been on antidepressants once 10 years ago and he explained everything to me.

Received the help I expected and in a timely respectful manner

Onboarding is very easy. The website is intuitive with a few glitches here and there (would not let me add a pharmacy but you can ask a Dr. to add it later) However, the real problems started with my first appointment. I was sent a broken link to the meeting and there was no support staff available. I called, texted, messaged in the app, emailed, and responded to the calendly invite. I didn't hear from anyone until I messaged their Facebook account 7 hours later. Once I did hear from someone they helped reschedule the appointment and the link did work. (Brandon in support has been the only helpful person in this whole journey) Unfortunately, that's not where the problems stopped. The Dr was late to the appointment, asked me the same question multiple times, and couldn't figure out how to open the zoom chat. On top of helping him use zoom, I had to explain to him that Benadryl was an over-the-counter medication (he tried to argue that I can't be taking it because he didn't see a prescription). I would give that particular doctor a -5 for listening skills. He didn't explain how Minded worked or what the meeting would look like. But unfortunately, it still doesn't end there. I wish it did. This doctor sends in the wrong prescription. I drove 20 min to find out the prescription he spoke with me about in the meeting was not the one he sent in. When I reached out to support (Brandon) I was told that he filled X and X prescriptions. I am aware - I am holding them. I tried to reach out via their email that they always plug (support) to no avail. I ended up paying AGAIN to go with another company. Please go to one of the multiple other companies and hopefully they actually treat you like a person in need of help.

On time, professional, hassle free, sent my prescriptions to the right pharmacy on time. Telemedicine as it should be!

I Really Enjoyed the Ease of use that Minded Provides. The UI Is great to interact with, very clean and simple. The price is the most affordable that I have found so far in terms of telemedicine. I wish that Minded offered more treatments and services; as I wish I could just use minded for all the other services, I use like for Anxiety and my ADHD.

My care team is awesome. I was given a comprehensive assessment and we were able to talk about things that I really haven't taken the time to process.

Absolutely so happy to have the help I found that I can afford to get my medicine
