My provider never showed up to my appointment

I was a satisfied customer of Minded for several months. I'm leaving this one-star review due to what has followed since the cancellation of my subscription. Weeks ago, I decided to part ways with Minded once they let me know I could no longer obtain my prescription through their website. It would not have made sense to continue with them. I went through their online cancellation process and even filled out a questionnaire about why I was leaving. Jump forward a few weeks—I noticed I'm still being billed as if I were a subscribing customer. I wasn't too concerned, assuming I'd quickly reach the company to actually cancel my subscription though customer service department and get my money refunded. Unfortunately, they never seem to answer their customer service line (I've made several attempts at calling), or respond to their emails (I guess I'll keep re-sending the same one over and over). I'm not sure how to proceed. Situations like these are very distressing. I need the money that was erroneously deducted from my account right now, and I'm spending egregious amounts of time attempting to get it back. Companies like Minded Inc. treat customers like they don't have day-jobs, like they have nothing but time and energy to deal with non-responsive, dead-end customer service processes. It's disrespectful, appalling, and becoming all too common. Sad to see Minded be a part of that.

Stay away. Where do I even begin. They have given me the wrong dose on two occasions - and when I brought it up I was met with no response, followed by an e-mail days later gaslighting me about it. Most recently I was unable to log on to their website for my appointment because the website was down. I had no idea the site was down until I called multiple times where I finally got through to their after hours service. They are next to impossible to get in contact with. They don't reply to e-mails, and when they do it's days later. They don't answer their phones and when they do it is their "after hours" line where they ask you for your phone number and never return your call. I have e-mailed and called multiple times and I am still without my needed medication refills that I am soon going to be out of. Unprofessional, disorganized, and negligent. Do NOT leave your mental health in the hands of Minded.

It used to be good until now. I have an appointment tomorrow. I haven’t been able to log into my account at all. It always says the username and password that I entered is invalid. I tried to reset my password and it also doesn’t let me. I have contacted support by email and phone and yet nobody has helped me. All they keep saying is I’ll look into it but it’s been almost 2 weeks. They sent me an email saying that if I couldn’t attend my appointment, which is in 2 days, I would be charged a $45 fee and the only dumb reason I can’t attend it is because I can’t even log into my account. If that happens going through a bank claim would be extremely unprofessional, because it’s not like I haven’t tried to ask for help. Customer support was very unprofessional and they kept apologizing when all they were doing was taking my information. Then they asked what company I was incurring about and apologized for saying that as well. (Obviously I’m not incurring about a company). So when the heck am I gonna receive any technical support whatsoever? Worst part is I need a prescription refill and my specific medication CANNOT be stopped cold turkey. If you do that you are at insanely high risk of seizures, so thanks Minded. Very helpful.🙄

Didn’t work my appointment never worked so I couldn’t see my doctor

Their website says they prescribe certain medications with a prior prescription. I’m in California which is a state that allows online refills. I was in between health insurance and minder was much less than a dr visit for me so i thought it might be a good option. It was a complete waste of money. The np i got had a god complex, said he never prescribes my medicine. I let him know that they shouldn’t advertise this if they can’t do it, as i wasted money as i trusted their policies on their website. When i said it’s false advertising he used an excuse that the Covid emergency for telemedicine was over so he can’t prescribe it. When i asked how that has anything to do with what is on minded’s website info he then change it to he never prescribes it and minded doesn’t say that, he said i misunderstood. I showed exactly him where it was in the website he played dumb. When i asked what he recommended he listed nothing that could be taken on demand for a panic attack. I don’t have anxiety often and don’t want to take a ssri or antihistamine daily. I don’t like to take medications in the first place. I asked if he can prescribe a beta blocker to help lower my heart rate when a panic attack causes my heart to race and he said no, only Paxil/ ssri drugs, which i won’t take as they don’t feel safe to me. Too many side effects. Overall it was very false info, so i requested a refund to which minded refused , stating it is to the discretion of the dr… why would minded provide me with a doctor who refused to prescribe a medicine that they promote on their website. It was a Terrible experience. I ended up waiting it out until my insurance was reinstated for a dr visit for a refill, which they happily gave me. I do not recommend minded due to their misleading info. Not trustworthy.

My doctor was great but now after all the time and work to get my medication transferred to Minded they are no longer prescribing Alprozalam. Bye . Lost business. Still plenty of other pharmacy options who can prescribe effective medication for people who follow rules and are not drug seekers. Not all of us who use Alprozalam are drug addicts. Specially when everything is on record and we follow rules we still pay for those who use it to get high. Great system for Minded to lose even more customers. Oh well their loss . I still get mine from a doctor who cares and less drama. Avoid Minded and their drama. Keep looking.

My nurse practitioner is amazing and attentive. Very helpful I finally feel in control
