If negative stars were possible!!! This company boasts a 90 guarantee…it is bogus!!! I ordered a 4 pack - opened one which was broken, I still tried it and did not like the product. It stains and simply not for me. I have attempted to communicate with them seeking return instructions in 10 emails!!! I continue getting insane, illogical responses-clearly AI! They keep offering to send me a new lipstick…I have clearly stated I want instructions to return and a full refund…their responses continue offering replacements. Another frustrating SCAM company-with all these reviews, this should be illegal!! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!

I put the lipstick on and the taste on my tongue was sharp and distasteful. I am interested in knowing what the ingredients are.

Very impressed with how fast I rcv'd my product. I love my kivora true to color very subtle. Use daily and I just love it. I shared the other one with my sister who is just a year older. Thank you.

Love the color and that my lips are soft without peeling. Lipstick smells good, but tastes bad. It does not tranafer any color to cups and glasses, but does leave color on napkins. I plan to use it up because the pros mean more ro me. I did give some as gifts.

Would not recommend buying. Bought two lipsticks on a promotion. Package arrived timely. Opened one box and couldn’t separate or twist lipstick container (the top from the bottom) in order to get at product. Had to pry off the bottom half to get at bottom barrel to twist (and bottom half is now off lipstick container or else you can’t use twist up the product to use). Second lipstick malfunctioned similarly—you have to pry off bottom half to twist up product. I basically have two broken lipstick cartridges, four broken apart halves. Have pics. Easier to just see the problem. Company will not give full refund for a product that is defective from start. Find another lipstick with a working cartridge.

Terrible. Like Vaseline. Smudges. No staying power. The box has no color stamp. Each box is exactly the same! No color name on the box even though I ordered 4 different colors. Didn’t last after my first cup of tea! I want a complete refund.
