Packaging and shipping satisfactory. The lipstick color, however, was truly awful, actually pretty garish on me. And it dried out very quickly. Worst, when I tried to return the items, they offered me a half price refund, and then wouldn’t send a return label. I would NOT recommend this company.

Very nice lipstick

I like the ease of this product. I wear it everyday.

It went on smooth and when it went on, the color resembled close to other lipsticks I have bought. Didn't last as long as the advertising indicated. The deal of two lipsticks was great and I won't have to buy any for awhile. Even though it didn't live up to the advertising, I would buy it again because the idea makes me feel like I don't have to wrestle with trying to pick a color for my age group.

1st lipstick the bottom fell off. Then when trying it on the lipstick gel broke in half. Unusable now. 2nd lipstick, bottom of container stayed on but on the 3rd time of using it the gel broke off. I had barely pushed it up above the edge. It broke off at the very bottom of the gel. Unusable. Did like how it added color to my lips. Just defective.

I love this product but needs more stay power! Wears off fast.

The lipstick isn’t right for me. I contacted them the day after I received it, that I wanted to return it for a refund. I received no response. I followed up two weeks later and it took. Another week for them to respond. They said I could opt for 30% refund or Return and get 100% refund. I opted for return. No response. I resent my original request. It’s six weeks today and I received an email offering me a partial refund. No explanation. We’ll see if any refund actually shows up. I wouldn’t buy anything from these people and their 100% satisfaction guarantee. I understand that lipstick probably isn’t returnable, though they didn’t say. I received two lipsticks, one was “free”. I would happily return the one I paid $42 for to get my 100% refund.
