DON'T BUY from here. Ordered on August 30, 2026. I have communicated several times with customer service as the last update for tracking was showing on September 4th. It is now September 22nd and still no product, no updates. Customer Service continues to 'apologize' and stated they cannot refund me even tho I have not received product.

It is a nice product. Even at 76 years old I like the color it makes my lips. It is helping make my lips less dry. I wish it would stay on a bit longer but that is not a big problem.

I purchased 4 lipsticks buy 2 get two. One for me, my two sisters and my daughter in law. All of us are not big makeup people, but a little lipstick and mascara. I thought something that lasts all day would be great. Was i wrong. Without drinking or eating it did not last 4 hours. I would have been so upset to give this to my loved ones and it not work for them. So I tried it different days, different times of the day. Same thing. I have tried to request a refund purchased 8/23-recieved, 8/31, requested refund 9/7 still no answer. Very frustrating. Going to try PayPal for help. Like they say " To good to be true, probably is".

I was drawn in by a video ad on Instagram about older women being disappointed with department store lipstick options. I ordered a lipstick that came with a second one free and a mandatory 7.00 shipping insurance fee. 10 hours later, before my Shop app said it was shipped, I emailed to cancel the order. 2 hours after that, Kivora emailed back and informed me it was too late and I needed to reach out after the product arrived. 9 days later, via China, the package arrived I opened it and found 2 boxed lipsticks inside. The web site indicates 90-day satisfaction guaranteed or they will "make it right." I emailed them requesting to return for refund. Kivora 1st offered a 25% refund, then, when I declined, a 50% refund. When I declined that, they said I could not return the item for full refund as it would be unhygienic. I reminded them these were unopened, unused products. I have proceeded to grieve the charges with American Express. So, this may be a great product, but the customer service is all about Buy, BUY, BUY and not responsive to returns.

Love this product. I love the fact that it does not bleed on my wine glass. I love that the the moisture and the natural color.

I like the lipstick but I wish it would be a little bit darker than and wish it would stay longer

I really like the color that I get when I put this lipstick on it's not too heavy or light; goes well with my skin tone.
