I had bought fake Kivora lipsticks on Amazon which I sent back. I ordered directly from Kivora and 10 days later my order arrived. The tubes did not show the Kivora name on the tube or the base. The colour showed immediately just like the fake ones / a horrid pink! It did not stay on as promised and what little was left had bled into the lines. Absolute waste of £33! I am waiting to hear back from them but won’t be hold my breath for a decent result - avoid!!

When using lipstick, my mouth tasted extremely bitter from the product.q I emailed them and they said they could not do a refund because the product was opened but could only offer a 30% discount. I am not happy as they offer a 60 day satisfaction guarantee on their website. They advised to seek medical attention if the taste does not go away. It’s been 9 hours and it still is bitter despite washing my lips.

Color doesn’t last very long, not to keen on the pink color and it feels a like wearing lipgloss

I ordered directly from Kivora so what I received was not a fake. The case is beautiful and the lipstick is true to the ads with respect to color and feel. The first day I used it I broke out in blisters on my mouth and a hot rash. I have never had any reaction to any cosmetic previously. Returns are complicated because kivora comes from China.

Wasn't what they claim to be. Gloss rubbed off in minutes. They are adding Red 27 color to make your lips a little pink and the bitter taste you get is not wearable. Comes from China so the shipping took weeks to get. Not worth the cost.

It took more than a couple weeks to receive my order. But that's not what is really bothersome. The ad I saw that enticed me to make the purchase said it would last 6-8 hrs without having to reapply it. Lie. It lasts about 2 hours, less with eating /drinking. Extremely disappointed and absolutely regret making the purchase.

I received my order in a timely manner……package very nice….. I couldn’t wait to see the results or change on my lips…… it was very moist but absolutely no color change …. it was like I just put on a clear gloss..I have another lipstick to open maybe the results will be different……. if not O just spent money on lip gloss…. I will not be purchasing again

I was looking forward to trying this product but very disappointed. The colour went very bright pink and didn’t suit me at all. After watching an ad on the kivona website I’m wondering whether I have bought a fake?
