Sadly, as commented by another customer, the ‘no questions asked money back guarantee’ is a con, and despite my email attempts, no refund has been issued yet. I initially requested this after 3 weeks, but was asked by Jevi to continue taking for the full 2 months. When I contacted again after completing the course, I was told to return the product to America, but I’d already finished it and only had the packaging! The product unfortunately didn’t work for me, hence my refund request. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!! Update: after reading my review, Jevi have now refunded my order value, without me having to return the empty bottle all the way over to America! Common sense prevails, but their refund policy still hasn’t been updated…. Changed my rating accordingly 👍

Update - Still not sure about the product - perhaps it just didn’t work for me - However, the company kept their ‘money back guarantee’ promise and refunded me, so fair enough. Product was delivered quite quickly which was better than some reviews said. I’m unsure on this product though. I bought it more to address bloating in the abdomen area - my sleep was ok anyway. However, I seem far more bloated and am gaining weight. I didn’t eat or drink particularly differently over Christmas and have been on these tablets for a month so I’m unsure whether to continue with them… I certainly don’t want to be gaining weight… I wonder if it’s fluid retention for some reason..?
