Tried for 2 months first on the BOGO offer to see what I thought. I had relief during this time and thought yep, I'll get another 6 months worth. It's not the singular fix for me, however, Corti-Help is definitely a firm part of my daily routine and I'm now an ongoing customer.

I have had problems sleeping for many years after cancer treatment and menopause. Since take corti-help my sleep has improved.

Initially I took the product in the morning with no discernable result. However, when I changed to taking it just before I went to bed my sleep did improve steadily. This was also borne out by the results on my Garmin Fenix watch which I use to track my sleep quality as well as for sports training. I've now ordered some more bottles - sadly 7-12 day delay and I've run out - my fault!! If you like the product, reorder in good time!

I bought these thinking they might just be social media marketing make-believe but also desperately hoping they might help stop the wired 3am wake up and hot flashes. I didn’t notice anything for about 6 weeks and then it was as if a switch had been flipped. Suddenly I was sleeping right through to my alarm, I wasn’t getting the hot flashes and I felt so much better - able to cope with my day without feeling exhausted and foggy. I wasn’t sure it was these supplements because I’ve been trying everything but when I stopped taking them, within 2 days I was back to the 3am waking, heart racing, needing to get up and move the nervous energy out of my body. I’ve just ordered more because these are the only thing that work for me and help me get a good night’s sleep. They are a 5 star product but I’ve deducted a star overall because the delivery takes ages (over 2 weeks last time).

The company has been great to deal with, communication & product information has been excellent. I have definitely noticed a subtle difference in my stress levels and most nights I believe this has assisted with better quality sleep which has been fantastic !
