I have been using these supplements for a while now and thought my body had been restored back to normal level, so I didn't buy any more. Boy was I wrong! I have stopped sleeping, feeling more anxious, etc. I have now ordered more, if only shipping did not take so long!!!!

It’s made a definite difference in calming my mind at night and helping in the time it takes to fall asleep. I need to keep on with it so it hopefully helps with sleeping thru the night. Very happy so far. Only thing was delivery took a few weeks

It's early days but I'm definitely sleeping better. I started with one tablet but didn't feel it was helping so I've just increased it to 2 tablets before bed. As I say early days but hoping for good results. It's been a good start with better sleep, still waking but only once a night now.

This product is amazing! And I’m only giving it 4 stars because shipping took way too long. However, it is an incredible product. I have clinical anxiety and I’ve tried everything to reduce bloating and diarrhea due to irritant foods (IBS). I’ve gone through several diets (including low FOD), hundred of dollars spent on supplements, endless tests and visits to the doctor. This is the only thing that has helped. I’m on week 2 and I feel fantastic! I’m back to slowly introduce foods I couldn’t eat before because they would bloat me (gluten especially) and I feel so good after a meal, no more belly pain or extreme bloating. I can’t wait to see how much this helps my gut health. Thanks guys! You’ve truly saved me.

These are not instant miracle workers but steady grafters. If you are looking a quick fix don’t order but if you are committed and patient they are very effective. About to place my 3rd order
