Sherry Dominguez I have had 5 spine surgeries so I was hoping it would help My hips. But when tried to get the Red light to come on. It never worked so it sounds like this company ripped Me off. I got this machine when I just was looking at it and I did put my address my name and started with my card my family was telling me this was a scam so I did NOT GIVE this company the ok to charge my card. I opened it and tryed to use it and it doesn’t even work.

In reading previous reviews I’m feeling stupid. Their marketing is slick and deceptive. Aside from the product not working, red flags were blatant. * >no phone number for customer service, just an email. * >made in China, which is not disclosed. * >only company address is in Sheridan Wyoming. an address used by many other scam companies like The Fleece Company, Footwear”sellers” selling identical products under different names, using nearly identical marketing methods and images* >after asking for promised refunds, being “offered” a 30% refund and keep the item. That’s when you find out you are responsible for return international shipping- to China ( electronic devices, footwear ) or Germany (the fleece company)* *marketing devices common to many shady and scam websites. Check before you get hooked into buying something.

I bought one. I paid the $180 and it is not mobile as advertised. You have to order a separate battery pack. I bought one last year through Amazon for $50 that’s not portable. They have the exact settings. The pad from Halsten is smaller. I am going back and forth with them regarding returning for a refund and they just kept responding with how I should “give it more time to work” so obviously they aren’t concerned with the complaints.

Like others, I was totally taken by the slick marketing video on Instagram. I am menopausal and was having hip pain. It made sense so I ordered it. My first red flag was the shipping confirmation from China. I received the Stride fairly quickly, sat it on a table and never even opened it. In the meantime, my Dr was able to completely relieve my pain with one dry needling & stem session. Turns out my pain was a seized up muscle and the dry needling shocked it into relaxing. Yay me! I reached out via email to return the device in the unopened package. The response was that shipping could be expensive and they offered a 20% refund back to keep the device. I declined that offer. Today's response was to offer a 30% refund, a gift card for the full amount to be used on their site in the future or a free wireless module for the Stride. I read these Trustpilot comments with shipping costs and decided to accept the 30% refund. I don't know if they would have offered more if I'd declined. Still an expensive lesson, that I WON'T make again, but at least I get a little something back.

This is a scam company that puts out substandard items. They promise a 90 day money back guarantee, but they fight you tooth and nail not to honor it. Stay away from this company!

If I could get this company, no stars or -1000 I would. They are despicable Company. They do not honor their return policy at all. My 83-year-old mother bought this stupid device. It didn’t work and it was way too big for her and she had it for three weeks when I contacted them by the only method available, which is by email. The fact that they don’t have telephone numbers or any other address or contact information makes me believe they’re probably not even operating in the United States. I got a reply back from my email and they said that they would not honor their return policy that in actual fact, they’ll just give 20% off and let us keep it. That is absolutely not good enough in my opinion and I don’t think anyone else would appreciate that either.

Will not turn on nor charge. Light panel bent on edges and much smaller than shown in their sales video which claims use for 180 days and full refund if not satisfied. Even says you don't have to send it back. Upon arrival I notified them of issues including a putrid smell that gave me an asthma attack. Vile chemical smell. They wanted a video. I cannot attach a video in my email, file too big, so I sent them still shots. They refuse to provide a return label which after reading reviews forces buyers to send product back to China even though they claim it is from US and it is sent from the US. Then they refuse to even answer when I tell them I recorded their video claiming 180 days money back guarantee and product does not need to be sent back. Another scam company and defective product. Don't waste your money nor time. CC dispute in process

I have been reading many negative reviews on the Trust pilot website. I'm wondering if these people are even reviewing the genuine Halsten product. I've seen many knock offs being sold by Amazon, Walmart and other companies. They are not the genuine article. They are actually spelled Halston, not Halsten. My experience with Halsten has been altogether positive. I have tried many remedies for my terrible hip pain, including supplements of various kinds, physical therapy, acupuncture, chiropractic, massage, and orthopedic treatment. The only thing that is working for me is the genuine Halsten stride. It is giving me back my life and enabling me to sleep without pain and walk without limping. It absolutely works where nothing else has. I strongly recommend making sure you are buying the genuine Halsten product and not a cheap knockoff.
