Terrible scammers just paying for ads and not sending product

Rwanda was very helpful. Had an issue with my order that was not Hairo’s fault. I received no pushback and got another order for free, even though they didn’t have to. The product is awesome and you now have a forever customer. Thank you again for being so helpful

This product is rubbish & not worth the price. It doesn’t work, the videos on the website are an exaggeration and false advertising. Don’t be fooled!!!

Great product however its not perfect. The applicator on mine has become unusable it won't hold or distribute the product. Not sure if I'd buy again as custoner service didn't respond on Instagram

Their shipping took 25 days. I ordered almost a month ago and was informed it would take about 5 business days. More like 17!!!

So I've previously ordered this product by far beats anything similar available I've tried dozens over the years, I've had a hair transplant and in some areas it's thinner than others, this product is perfect for me, better than any messy keratin fibres or root sprays by a mile. Also I had recently ordered and the courier wrongly delivered to a different address, this wasn't Hairo's fault it was Royal mails, I spoke via email to Hairo and they shipped me the same order as a way of apology even though it wasn't their fault. Amazing product amazing service. Thank you 💪👍💯

The product is a waste of money. The product does not work at all as advertised, certainly not waterproof. The product is just paint that will damage your clothes even my car seat. Terrible dropshipping company.
