Product is a game changer compared to keratin fibres. More awkward to put in but worth it for an anxiety free day. Really recommend the product and the custom service I’ve received has been incredible.

Fast delivery and the product works really well on my hair. Water resistance is also pretty good. I will definitely buy it again.

Solid product, and works pretty much as advertised. Stays in the hair more than the fibers you’d get from Toppik, or anything like that. Knocking a star simply because it wasn’t clear that I’d signed up for a subscription. Communication about that needs to be better. Luckily, I needed more, so it worked out. Just a bit more transparency would give a higher rating. Product itself is 5 stars, though. Love it.

A great product that is head and shoulders (excuse the pun) above its competitors. Also, I had occasion to contact their Service/Support team and the experience was 100% positive. Highly recommended!
