Solid product, and works pretty much as advertised. Stays in the hair more than the fibers you’d get from Toppik, or anything like that. Knocking a star simply because it wasn’t clear that I’d signed up for a subscription. Communication about that needs to be better. Luckily, I needed more, so it worked out. Just a bit more transparency would give a higher rating. Product itself is 5 stars, though. Love it.

Cool and helpful product, fast and easy to apply. It would be 5 stars if the product actually was waterproof and stays on until you wash it out with shampoo. The ads kinda say it is, but it isn't. So you can't wear it in pools or outside on rainy days.

Hairo has made a big difference. My hair was thin but looks like a full head of hair, given me some of my confidence back, it’s easy to you, not messy like the other hair fibres I’ve used in the past.

Received the product. It's really good and actually makes the hair feel fuller when you run your finger through it. It easy lasts 48 hours and didn't leave any stains on clothing or bedding. The only thing is I noticed more loose hair when I eventually washed it off. However I don't know if it's because of Hairo or they are dead hair that didn't fall naturally because they were stuck to the product.

I have a thinning hair crown and starting to thin In the centre, it’s not as easy to put on as shown in videos, but Iv now been using it for 5 days and it definitely covers up the thinning areas, and with more use I think il be better and adding to my hair

I ordered a medium brown color and when I received it the color looked more like a light brown and when I applied it to the crown of my head it didn’t look like a medium brown it was lighter to me with slightly warmer tones so I emailed the company and they are sending me the dark brown as a replacement which I feel will be better so i am happy about customer service helping me out as far as the product itself i find you can’t apply it with a light touch it won’t cover you have to apply a little firmer and really get it in there as far as it being waterproof i had to use that medium brown color today which i hesitated and got caught in the rain and when i got home i checked the back of my head in the mirror and to my surprise it stayed didn’t budge at all but i also applied hairspray after i applied it at first so maybe that helped as far as going in a pool or the ocean i don’t think it will hold up but i haven’t had to experience that yet but this is good enough for me!

Yes it is better than other fibers example toppik and other brands. The reason being it sticks to hair more than others but on rubbing or excess water it does come off too. So yes it is better but you have to be careful not to expose your head to too much water or a hard rub. Another issue is that the quantity per pack is too little. Otherwise yes overall it is a better product that normal hair fibers available in the market.

I originally ordered the 'Buy 2, Get 1 Free' deal but only received two items. After reaching out to customer service by email a few times, the missing pot was mailed to me. I appreciate the resolution. Thanks!
