I just looked at my bank account and I have these charges and refunds.- Charged on various dates: - 7/1/24 - $242.00 - 5/17/24 - $246.00 - 4/22/24 - $246.00 - 4/22/24 - $246.00 - Refunded on various dates: - 6/10/24 - $196.00 - 6/6/24 - $50.00 - 5/16/24 - $246.00 I received one order. I have been charged $984.00 and refunded $492.00 meaning I have paid $492.00 for one order! I have waited for along time for my orders and Eden keeps charging me and never gives me my medication. The help is a chat box that has told me they will refund me for there mistakes but it is so confusing and frankly seems like a horrible scam.

There was a problem with my script, I had reached out via email and the chat on the app. I was told it was sent to the Pharmacy in NJ but when I called they didn't have a script. I then called Eden and spoke to customer service (ZacH) he was wonderful, followed up with return phone calls and got everything straightened out for me. If it wasn't for him I would still be wondering where my medication was.... ZACH fixed it!

I have had issue after issue with medication being shorted from the pharmacy to medication arriving hot because they ship it in black envelopes. I also had issues with their system taking payments, they said they would issue a credit to my account and never did. They also like to have you do your intake 2 weeks early so your medication shows up 2 weeks early so they can charge you early. It’s a problem when your increasing dosages, and when the pharmacy seems to short you medication to last 4 weeks and it only lasts 3. I would pick a different company if you’re just starting out. The price you pay to go through Eden isn’t worth it and the customer care sucks.

Facebook ad said 100 off first month. Paid full price. No one there would address the issue or refund the money.

Terrible customer service, absolutely terrible. The customer service person’s response showed how they didn’t care and didn’t even know the which product I was asking help with. Their response was rude and accusatory.
