Faith was able to address my question promptly and professionally.

I wanted quick results but my girlfriend reminded me that slow and steady wins the game. I listened to her and now I feel more satisfied with myself and can wear my former smaller clothes.

My experience has been really positive, communication is excellent and the shipping of product has been seamless. I would recommend Eden to anyone wanting to try.

I wasn’t completely satisfied with the results, I’ve taken B12 before and what I was expecting is definitely NOT what I got. There’s not a reminder that lets you know it’s time to renew your prescription. Which is a complete bummer because I did want to renew considering my thoughts on this product. Then to add insult to injury I was issued a credit. I want a refund PERIOD, I don’t want to try any other product and never will ever again unless the refund policy is changed!!! Really disappointed ☹️

I’ve been enjoying TryEden. The online portal is fairly easy to navigate. While there is no customer service phone number for immediate service (a con with newer companies) they are pretty responsive to written queries. I received two responses within hours of submitted a request for info. Nick Q and someone on the portal responded to my question about the prescribers instructions being different than the actual medicine bottle I received. Answer: always follow the Doctor’s orders. Nick Q was helpful, thorough, and informative. I do appreciate talking to and hearing from humans. Thank you!
