Trying to be patient and work this out…
Trying to be patient and work this out with Eden, but am at a loss. Signed up for a subscription for NAD+ in July, renewing quarterly. First month came quickly and seemed to be working great. Second refill in August is where things fell apart. It was prescribed on 8/11, and I followed up on 8/28 when it had not yet shipped. I requested the September refill on 9/3. Eden responded and said they were sending the refill to a different pharmacy to expedite. I looked today and the August refill was cancelled entirely, and the 9/3 refill is - you guessed it - sent to pharmacy with no action since. I've been out of medication since mid-August, and my quarterly payment is due on 9/30. I would ideally like to receive my two months of refills and then put the subscription on pause or cancel it, but I can't get ahold of anyone at Eden to discuss it with, and the "live chat" isn't live at all. Not sure where to go next.

Hi Megan, Thank you for sharing all of this with me. I truly understand how discouraging it must feel to have experienced these delays and to be without your medication for this long. I want to help you get this resolved as smoothly as possible. Here’s where we are: your August refill was unfortunately cancelled when the order was being re-routed to a new pharmacy, and your September refill is still in “sent to pharmacy” status without movement. I completely see how that has left you stuck without the medication you’ve already paid for. What I can do for you: We can ensure you receive the missing refills you’ve been waiting on. If you would prefer to pause or cancel your subscription going forward, I can help with that too. If a refund is the best path for you, we can work together to get that in motion once any open disputes are cleared. I know your next quarterly payment is due 9/30, so let’s make sure this is resolved before then. Please let me know if you’d like me to prioritize fulfilling the missing shipments or if you’d prefer to move toward pausing/cancelling and refunding instead. I’ll keep a close eye on this until it’s fully taken care of for you. Warmly, Susie
