I've only given 1 star even though they dont even deserve that. I ordered this product with the wrap to which after a few weeks didn't notice any difference at all. Plus the wrap doesn't fit properly and is very uncomfortable to wear and the straps dig in. I contacted the company to return for a full refund to which I was offered 10% and to keep it at first but I declined this as I said i would not be using it and was then told that I am unable to get a refund as I had purchased it on an offer. It should not matter how I purchased it. So I strongly advise everyone to be wary of this company especially if you dont like it and try to get a refund. Steer clear completely and DO NOT BUY.
