Not Happy With Customer Service
I have been using semaglutide for awhile and I was on vacation for three weeks. My last does was the end of April. I was told that I have to start from the absolute beginning again since it was a lapse in treatment. I feel like that is just taking my money because it takes a while to ramp up from the beginning to where I was at. Is it possible to get compensated for 1 month for miscommunication on having to start from the beginning again? Thanks I was told due to cancellation policy, I'm not eligible for a refund. That is find except they should have reached out to me before they just decided to take my money out of my account. If I would have known that I have to start from the beginning, I would have just cancelled the whole treatment. I am requesting a refund of 296 dollars.

Hi there, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We're sorry to hear about the frustration and disappointment you've encountered. We understand how upsetting it can be to return from an extended trip expecting to continue your treatment, only to learn that a lapse in therapy may require restarting at a lower dose. We also understand your concerns regarding billing and communication. From your perspective, it would have been helpful to receive clearer information about the treatment restart requirements and any upcoming charges before your account was billed. We can appreciate why learning this after the charge was processed would be frustrating, especially if it impacted your decision to continue treatment. We sincerely apologize for the confusion and frustration this situation has caused. Your feedback regarding communication, treatment expectations, and billing transparency is important, and we appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention. Susie from Eden 💚
