this product is perfect for those seeking a sleeping aid it works within 5-8min, you’ll feel tired and be ready for bed. what I like most about this is that by the next morning you don’t feel tired as opposed to other sleeping aids that make you feel tired. With cloudy this isn’t the case. Overall it’s a perfect sleeping aid no complaints !

I bought 12 of the melatonin diffusers and they work like a dream, literally put me right to sleep. 1-3 hits before bed and you’re looking at an easy 8 hours of sleep.
