I'm devastated. I ordered something from trycloudy.com - First order was fine, great communication and friendly service. So why a 1 star review? I placed a big order for $118 and all of a sudden they completely ghosted me. I am on chemotherapy and told that to them, thinking it would carry weight, but sadly it didn't matter to them. They wouldn't reply to me, I emailed them accidentally with a secondary email account, they replied within minutes, I replied to them email, they ghosted me again. I even tried their instant messaging on their site ( cloudy care team ), still nothing. They have ghosted me after 8 emails, a bunch of instant messaging. How they can do this to people who are sick is terrible. If you're reading this, walk away while you can. They'll send out 1 order, then they'll scam you, just like what they are doing to me. My anxiety is off the scale, I will try and get a refund and contact the authorities. DONT BUY FROM HERE. I've warned you. Walk away from trycloudy.

I really like the cloudy melatonin diffuser because it helps me relax and also help me sleep better. I always an anxious person so when i am now i use the diffuser and it relaxes me.

The pen and pillow mist products work really well for me . It’s hard finding products that actually help with my sleep. Highly recommended

The sleeping cream is very helpful and the support is always great!

Is a good product but if you are looking for actual sleeping aid go with your Doctor because this just relaxes to certain point but that just for me, it doesn't actually make me sleepy but just relaxes a bit. The melatonin pen is pretty good 👍

Helped me fall asleep and relax really well felt so comfortable in bed i just wanted to stay in bed when i woke up

Just like a lot of other folks here, I ordered from Cloudy back in April 2022 and never received the product. Here's where it gets weird.... I told their customer service that the product never arrived and I wanted a refund. Response "no refund as it it outside of the refund period, but we will ship your order" How can you not refund an order that never shipped?!?! I have been demanding my refund with similar responses from Support I Will contact my bank and make the payment go back .. Stay away from this company as they have the trifecta: No Customer Service, No Cooperation, Lots of Bad Reviews from People Who Never Received the Product (Theft) A TOTAL SCAM I still will never purchase from Cloudy again. Lost customer for life.
