After a serious delay of processing(cloudy waiting for restock of FREE sleep mask before shipping my PAID FOR product) and then shipping delay through "Speedy," the diffusers finally arrived. I do NOT like the caffeine one at all, but all others are great! I did order again and was unable to remove the "free" item from my order to speed up processing so we shall see...

I bought the melatonin pen. And i think its a amazing, for me personaltly I need to use a lot at once for it to work, but I think thats due to my ADHD. It was also 10 days late and I had to pay additional taxes. But service is really good

So I bought the melatonin sleep diffuser, it was buy one get one free and came with a free eye mask which had was nice. Its good, easy to use with a nice smell and it certainly did have a calming effect so improved my sleep to some extent because my body/mind relaxed quicker than usual so I sort of had high hopes for it being a long term use for me. However, before you buy it, research the side effects of melatonin and be careful how much you're using it if you do decide to buy it. After using it (too much, in hindsight) I was getting dizzy spells during the day time and waves of nausea which at one point lead me to being physically sick. It only occurred to me that it was the melatonin in the diffuser causing it after I stopped using it for a few days and felt fine, and then immediately started getting dizzy spells again when I started using it again so I have stopped now and feel better. Its not a bad product, just be careful using it and research the side effects of melatonin first.

I have tried caffeine and melatonin diffuser and my favourite is melatonin , it smells and tastes good and is relaxing. But I’m not a fan of the caffeine taste, I don’t think mango compliments the other flavours

It wasn't exactly what I was expecting. Doesn't taste very good.i got socks instead of the face mask. Overall does what it says.
