I referred over 100 people to TryCloudy, but my affiliate commissions have not been paid. I feel misled and disappointed by this experience. On top of that, I was extremely dissatisfied with the quality of their products. I regret recommending this company to so many people. Based on my experience, I would advise others to be cautious before purchasing from TryCloudy or joining its affiliate program.

This company is simply scamming you by making you inhale poison and calling it a product. Absolutely ridiculous and unsafe. I would not recommend this to anyone please be careful and think twice before using their products.

My cloudy diffuser went out after 9 puffs and i contacted support they asked for a video of proof i sended them a video of it blinking and making weird sounds then i asked them is this ok? And they never replied what a scam.

When inviting publishers (promotional partners) to join, everything sounded very appealing: long-term collaboration, a clear commission structure, and opportunities for mutual growth. However, once commissions were earned and payment was due, the brand suddenly went strangely silent. I have repeatedly reached out regarding the unpaid commissions but have yet to receive a satisfactory response. A professional affiliate program should not treat partners this way—welcoming them enthusiastically when promotion is needed, only to evade or ignore them when it is time to pay. I invested time, effort, and advertising costs to promote their products. These commissions represent my legitimate earnings as a publisher, not a handout I am begging for. Such prolonged payment delays and a lack of communication are extremely unprofessional and irresponsible. I am sharing this experience so that other affiliate partners can exercise caution before collaborating with this brand. Before joining any affiliate program, remember to carefully check the payout policy, payment schedule, and the responsiveness of the support team. I still hope the brand will respond soon and resolve this outstanding commission issue in a clear, transparent, and professional manner.

Payment not received after completing the collaboration I collaborated with Cloudy to create and publish two TikTok videos. The agreed payment was €127, with payment promised within 5 days after the content was published. I completed and published both videos as agreed. However, almost two months later, I still have not received the payment. After contacting the company, I was told that there was a technical issue with their PayPal payment system and that their finance team was working to resolve it. I was assured that I would be updated once the payment system was working again. Since then, I have sent several follow-up emails and messages, but I have received no further response and the payment is still outstanding. I hope Cloudy will resolve this matter and pay the €127 owed. I will update this review if the situation is resolved.

I never received my order

This will be one of many posts directed at potential clients to make you guys aware that this company have in-fact not paid many of their affiliates, suppliers and other associates for many years. They mark the funds as 'approved' and in some cases as 'sent', but no payments are ever received. Customer relations (in actual-fact, one person), irrespective of the phone numbers or email addresses used to initiate correspondence will ghost the sender if the query pertains to missing payments, or in-short - owed-money The last contact of acknowledgment I received personally from TryCloudy concerning marketing commission they owe me was in October of 2025 which stated, verbatim: "Unfortunately, a technical problem occurred. Once it is solved, you'll get the payment". This was several months after I contacted them having noted the missing payments. They have not responded since, to any form of contact. That was 9 months ago. Do consider the above before associating with this business. Thank you for your time.
