Absolutely a shit show of a company. Iv had nothing but problems with them. I asked for a returns address over a month ago and im still waiting. Customer service well you have to go through 3rd or 4th party and wait their response back to the person you Emailed the first time. I WOULDNT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE.

HORRIBLE customer service. I would NEVER recommend purchasing from this place. I’ve been talking with them via email ( only way to get ahold of them) for over a week requesting them cancel my subscription and issue a refund because the products made my dog sick! I followed all the requirements for these steps and they are just giving me the run around and won’t cancel the subscription or refund my money even though the website states it’s so simple to do either one. It’s not! I’m 15 emails in and they continue to ask the same questions although I’ve answered and submitted everything. This makes me think this isn’t a legit business at all and just a way to spam you to get your money. Do not buy from them! AVOID THIS COMPANY!

I have not received my order yet. My purchase was made on 7/30/26 but I still have not received it.

I saw an add for this on FB. My dog is reactive to people, and things. He does not like loud noises or children playing. I asked a friend to check into the ingredients. Her review was very positive and thought it might help. Emmitt, my dog, takes it every day and he is a brand new dog. Thank you Canislabs!!

Beware of Deceptive marketing practices and recurring charges. I did not sign up for a subscription and they have charged me. Customer service gives you the run around. Do not buy their products.
