The communication is horrible. Took my deposit and didn’t deliver on a signed, contract. Tried to increase the price, day of pickup. This company is a scam. Do not use them.

Jim Harbour help me with my shipping needs. Very nice guy.

Trustiline Carriers screwed me. Told me they could deliver the next day. They state no fees up front, however they charged my card BEFORE PICKUP. Worse even is that they couldn't pickup the vehicle and wanted to charge me $400 extra that was agreed upon. I'll be happy to share every detail, texts, communications.

Awful! I’d give 0 stars if I could. They quote a low price, take a $150 deposit and the day you are scheduled to have your car transported, they call and up the price by $300. I went back and forth with them for 5 days until they finally refunded my deposit. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!

A good experience working with this company, and especially with Jim Harbour, who was always available.
