Horrible company. I had a contract for 3 weeks with Trustline and on the pickup date they no showed....then come to find they never had a truck to pickup my vehicle....then they tried to charge me triple....I agreed....still they couldn't get my vehicle picked up or delivered. These people are liars in every way. I am completely screwed because they lied to me and wasted all of my time. I constantly had checked and they kept saying they had everything arranged. ... liars that will leave you stranded.

We’re very sorry to hear about your experience and sincerely apologize for the frustration and inconvenience caused. This is not the level of service we aim to provide. As a brokerage, carrier availability and pricing can change due to market conditions, especially depending on route demand and timing. However, we understand how frustrating delays and last-minute changes can be, particularly when you are relying on a scheduled pickup. Your concerns regarding communication and the situation described are taken seriously, and this matter is currently under review to address it appropriately.

If I could give 0 stars I absolutely would. Be absolutely careful when thinking about booking with this company and be sure to read any and all fine print. When I was first contacted by this company, I explained my need to transport 2 vehicles from MD to CA, due to my military move across country, from a certain time to arrive by a certain time. The guy I spoke with made it seem as though this company had it's own drivers and vehicles. He assumed me that my requested pickup date was enough time for it to arrive at the time I needed them there. He said we have insured drivers and vehicles, you're allowed up to 200lbs per vehicle of added weight, there is vehicle tracking, etc etc. Based off that conversation and via email, I decided to book with them on March 20th, 2026. I signed the contract and paid the $600 deposit. Fast forward to a little over a week before the scheduled pick up, mid April, I reach out with the exact drop off address and to ask for any updates. I'm then told that this company, trustline carriers, they are just the "broker" and are still working on finding a driver. So now I'm confused and ask what does that mean and ask if we're still good for pick up on the requested date. That person said yes we are good and set for that. Now we're 24 hours away from the requested pick up date. I yet again have to reach out and ask why haven't I heard anything. This same guy says they haven't found someone to pick up the contract but now he sends another email telling me they have a driver with an enclosed trailer who can ship both for $5400 but I have to act fast. This immediately pisses me off because if I wanted an enclosed trailer I would have checked that option during the initial request. I feel like this company is shady and taking a lot of people's $600 deposit and not fulfilling their end of the deal. Here we are 1 day past the pickup date and I can't request a refund because apparently in the contract you have to give them 7 business days to find a driver to get the full refund or they will charge $200. Do not waste your time and money like me. Move across country in 4 days and still have no one to transport my vehicles.

We’re very sorry for the frustration and stress this situation caused, especially during such an important move. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and any confusion regarding how the process works. As outlined in the agreement, Trustline Carriers LLC operates as a brokerage, and while we make every effort to secure a carrier within the requested timeframe, availability and pricing can change based on market conditions. We understand your concerns regarding communication and the timing of updates, and we regret that your experience did not meet expectations. Your order is being reviewed, and we are actively working toward a fair resolution.
