Double brokers who misrepresent themselves, provide false information, and use insulting language. Completely untrustworthy.

Avoid this company at all costs. They engage in double brokering. They present themselves as a transportation company under different names, but in reality they act as middlemen—taking payment from the client and then passing the job to actual carriers. The entire process is full of misinformation and delays. They provide incorrect pickup and delivery details, make you wait all day for dispatch, and only correct their own mistakes hours later. Communication is unreliable and frustrating. If you try to cancel due to their errors, they respond with threats and unprofessional behavior. Drivers are pressured to complete the job under the threat of negative consequences. Even after delivery and payment, they may file false damage claims and attempt to charge the driver again—sometimes demanding far more than the original fee. Highly dishonest and unprofessional. Stay away.

Ok...although there are several transportation agencies out there it was something that drew me to Trust line carriers....read the reviews and then made the call...And Ben made the process seamless and easy..so easy that I became skeptical..lol but he insured me that it was actually that simple. And true to his word everything went great!!! He communicated with me and did what he said that he would do..even when the price had to change slightly..it was not a problem and it was understandable...especially for the distance from Florida to North Carolina Ben was definitely a great help and put me and the driver directly in touch with one another and we never broke communication my car arrived safely and for that reason and the great treatment that I Experienced I'm going to be using their services again and I highly recommend that you do the same!!!

I had a great experience with Trustline. Ben was very informative and helpful throughout the process. The driver who transported my vehicle was very nice and my vehicle was delivered on time.

Unbelievable, how I could use this company, the dispatch brokers are totally unprofessional and disrespectful We delivered the car as we set it, thanks god it was cash at delivery otherwise i don't think i`d get my money, after a day the dispatch guy responsible for this load asked us to send him broker fee, we said ok no problem but is gonna take a time, the next message from him was a blackmail with negative raiting from 4-5 company (idk how, but ok) He started calling names And he doesn’t even hesitate to use offensive language. We called management to file a complaint, and guess what — same story: insults, rude language, and mockery. Then we found out their dispatcher is Russian-speaking, same as the company owner, and that’s when we realized there’s no point talking to them — they just don’t care about complaints. Honestly, I have no idea how they’re still in business with that kind of attitude
