It looks like SCAM. First they confirmed my booking , next they sent me email and asked to contact them by phone. Then they asked me to send them copy of my DL and CC. I refused and told them to cancel the booking. After that they sent me an strange email suggesting something I never asked for. So I spoke to my bank and froze my CC to avoid the complications.

Sid was helpful. He turned my negative experience around. My flight had been cancelled without my knowledge and I was told the same flight would cost now twice as much just two days after booking. I felt discouraged and very upset with the company. I was given a new option, which is still more expensive by about $45 and that is awful. But, that is not Sid's fault. It would be great to get a credit for a future flight for my troubles though.

I booked two tickets to fly home to Phoenix from Georgia in September, days after my (and my twin brother's) birthday... and keyed the wrong date of birth for both of us on the tickets! Thankfully, I was able to chat with Rocco on the site and in about ten minutes, he was able to correct it and confirm the ticket purchase. I really appreciate being able to find affordable tickets on a site with great customer service, and TrustFares is that site.
