I would like to say how wonderful Steve was. He helped me more in one day than 5 other reps did in several days! He was patient/polite and addressed all my concerns. Insured me a call back (as did the others) but he actually called me. And addressed and rectified all my issues. I became ill in July and cannot travel. I’ve been given false information since then. I had 24 hours left to rectify this and he did it. Thanx to him I will actually sleep tonight! He should be commended for his level of customer service!

SCAMMMMMMM !!!!!!! I bought my plane tickets and the following day they asked me to call them to "confirm" our tickets, asking for a lot of information. They made me wait dor almost 2 HOURS !!!!! on the phone and finally somebody talks to us. We said we wanted to confirm the tickets and they said it was not the price any more !!!!!!!! They wanted to charge more . DON T MAKE BUSSINESS WITH THIS PEOPLE. Nobody takes responsibility. They okay with you and your time

I give a star because of their prices thats it. The reason why is because I bought a ticket for around 880 dollars then i got an email saying urgent we need you to confirm this ticket. So I called and they said they need to charge 970 dollars now. What? like I bought these tickets bc they were the cheapest and now you raise the price because "oh the airline increased the ticket" obviously they increase the price of the ticket over time, actual bull. I would be be careful around these third party websites.

BE CAREFUL WHEN BOOKING ON THIS PAGE. THEY TRIED TO GUIDE YOU FOR AN ALTERNATIVE AIRPORT THAT FAR AWAY FROM YOUR HOUSE TO HAVE THE SAME PRICE WITH BOOKING, OTHERWISE CHANGING THE DATE. IF NOT THE PRICE IS MUCH MORE HIGHER. I DON'T TRUST THIS PAGE ANYMORE. THEY SHOW THE CAT BUT SELL THE DOG.

Today I had the pleasure of working with Rocco to confirm reservations. We had received an email stating that I needed to verify plans, however when called I, there was no opportunity for the airline to agree to the reservation. In speaking with Rocco he was able to get us on a different airline from our preferred airport at the same price. Rocco also had the patience to fully and completely answer all my questions and I had quite a few. I thanked Rocco for his time, his patience, and his professionalism.

Excellent service, recommend

I wish I had read the reviews before booking flights. I also received an ‘urgent’ confirmation email. I was told flights weren’t available for the amount quoted but were available for a much higher amount. I was reading reviews while on hold when I called them. Their dialogue was identical to what reviews read. I got nervous and told them to cancel but they kept trying to get me to purchase other tickets. I had to cancel my debit card because of this. Beware!
