My Worst Booking Experience I would strongly discourage anyone from booking through TrustFares. I originally found a roundtrip flight from San Diego to Sacramento for approximately $208. Shortly after booking, I received an email requiring a response within only two hours during the workday. Because I did not respond within that narrow window, my original fare was canceled and I was pressured into accepting a new fare of $378.90, nearly double the original price. Unfortunately, that was only the beginning of the problems. When I arrived at the airport for my scheduled flight, I discovered there were issues with my reservation. Despite my correct date of birth appearing in TrustFares' email, there were problems with the booking, and I ultimately learned I would not be traveling as planned. No one from TrustFares proactively contacted me to warn me there was an issue. Instead, I found out at the airport, where I was forced to purchase a replacement ticket on the spot at my own expense. Rather than starting my trip stress-free, I had to completely rearrange my plans and return to the airport at 5:00 a.m. the next morning. After my trip, a representative called to ask about my experience. When I explained everything that had happened, I was surprisingly asked why I hadn't reported the issue sooner. My response was simple: Why wasn't I informed sooner that there was a problem with my reservation? Even more frustrating, I was assured that a refund would be processed, yet I am still waiting for it. What makes this experience particularly disappointing is that TrustFares publicly promotes values such as Accountability, Authenticity, Communication and Support. My experience reflected the exact opposite. There was a lack of transparency, poor communication, no meaningful support when the reservation failed, and no ownership of the situation afterward. A flight reservation isn't just a transaction. People rely on travel companies to get them where they need to be, especially when they have limited time and budgets. Instead of saving money and reducing stress, booking through TrustFares cost me more money, more time and a great deal of frustration. I will not use TrustFares again, and I would not recommend them to friends, family, coworkers or anyone looking for a reliable travel booking experience. My advice: Book directly with the airline whenever possible. The small upfront savings simply are not worth the risk if something goes wrong.

Attempted to book a flight One Way to Seattle from Miami on Sept 29 2026 for $168. Received an email saying that they will let me know when ticket is issued. Days went by and on the 6th of October, I called inquiring where the ticket was. The No TRUSFARES Rep said oh the fare is no longer available. The Airline just sent them the information an hour before my call. Sorry that the fare and seat is unavailable. Then they wanted to put me on a flight for $299 with one stop. I totally think that they would have not informed me until the very last minute requiring me to take anything. Sorry Trustfares, you're more like NO TRUSTFARES!!

This company come back last minute saying my booking is on waiting list, and ask me a few hundreds dollar more to book a confirm seat. This company is a total scam!

Afternoon, this is my first experience using your company, I must say my experience was not the greatest. You sent me a confirmation of my itinerary on 9/15, however after arriving at the airport at 4:30 am for my 6:25 am flight on 9/16 my reservation was not in their system. I Called the 24/7 # and being on hold at 5:00 am until 7:00 am was very frustrating. I asked to be placed on the 9:30 flight since I had a connecting flight at 3:00 pm the rep told me he would call me back with the new info. I never received that call. I called again at 8:30 and was told I was confirmed for the 11:50 flight, which finally left at 12:25pm. I missed my connection due to this error. Sitting in an airport for approximately 7 to 8 hours for a flight that was booked a week prior is totally unacceptable. Your response to this complaint would be greatly appreciated. Needless to say a response was never received. Book your flights directly with the airline

Very good price, very smooth flight.

I used this agency to book a round-trip flight from RSW airport in Florida. The price quoted on their website seemed great, but during the return flights i didn't get no confirmation number and my return date was like couple hours away ,I have to call the agency to fine out why i don't get my confirmation number only to hear that my flight was cancel. To make matters worse, i have to fine my own hotels accommodations and extend the car rental for another day and fine food, and it was myself and my wife with our 5 years old Son.. This agency relies on deceptive. Save your time and book directly with the airline instead. that's my advise, i would never book through TrustFare.com ever again worst nightmare. and a next thing they barely answer your phone call you will on the phone for almost a hour no one picks up. POOR CUMUNICATION!!!!!!!

Scam!!! Do not book with this website, they will not give you your boarding pass or booking information until last minute or not at all.
