I would like to express my concern regarding the charges for rescheduling my flight. Initially, I was charged a $200 penalty to cancel my flight and the amount was kept as credit. However, when I attempted to reschedule, I was required to pay an additional $300 penalty. Furthermore, I found that the available flight options were quite limited and significantly more expensive than my original flight, resulting in approximately $1100 in extra fees. On the other hand, the employees were patient and answered all of my questions.

It's ok. Just had to change flights because the price advertised was no longer available

Price was good. Communication was difficult to understand. It took 24 hours to get confirmation. I would not use this website again.

Good and helful

Wasn't happy with having to leave a day early and paying more for my flight as well as an additional hotel room. I was contacted a day or so after booking my flight to notify me that it was full. By then other flight options I was considering were already gone, so I had to take a later flight or earlier flight that either way cost me more money. Otherwise the ticket access was easy and nothing too different about the flight or seats.
