I was very disappointed. Booked, but got an email I had to contact them. Called, the person was polite but upped the charge, then when I said no, spoke with a supervisor and lower it 3x after I said no each time, that I'd look elsewhere. I was told the charge would show in 2 increments. I finally agreed to the price and waited 2 days for confirmation from the airline. Later, discovered I was double booked and had to cancel that ticket. Trustfares will do nothing about that. I worked with the airline directly and was able to get credit for one portion of the flight booking, but discovered that out of a 1600$ ticket, over 600 was in that second increment that the airline could not find, and said it was the Trustfare charge. So I am grateful the airline worked with me for part of it, but very frustrated that over $600 appears to have been what Trustafres charged me for the privilege of booking my ticket. I will not use them again.

tHE REP, aLICE , HOWED ME THAT THE RESERVATION WAS GOOD AND SHE ALIEVED MY UPSETNESS THA CAME FROM AN INCORRECT EMAIL FROM AMERICAN AIRLINES

They are unprofessional company, they are not able to solve there problem. I booked 4 tickets for my family through their website, I received a confirmation email with the reservation code and promise to receive the e-ticket within 24 hours. Later they said sorry the airplane change their price, I asked to speak with a supervisor, now more than 4 days no one called me.

Book a flight with them 3 days didn't issue tickets to me now email me and saying more money I have to pay. Total scam

Steve was extremely nice, patient, helpful and knowledgeable with booking my flight. He made sure to provide me all the option and offer me the best price. I have made my travel arrangements with Steve twice and have been very satisfied. He provided excellent customer service and went above and beyond.

Worst company to be business with. Complete scam! They have now kept my money for over 20 days and trying to get someone to refund has been impossible. Horrific customer service. Alice is the worst and the supervisors are terrible!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS with this company unless you want a complete headache and for them to steal your money!
