Alice was wonderful & helped me get the flights I wanted. She also followed through with me to make sure that I got my ticket confirmations and I was satisfied. Thank you Alice!!

Bait and switch. Booked and paid online and was told to call to confirm via email. Upon calling, they increased $200 for each ticket. At least they canceled without much fuss.

Their treatment is good and they have quick solutions, especially the employee Alice

Alice was a great help for us. She helped us sorting the issue with our ticket and she was really patient with me.

Don't even think to book with them. They are bunch of swindlers. I booked my flight 6 month in advance and they told me my flight was confirmed. 2 days before my flight time i checked my flight on the airline website i found that my fight is moved to the day before with lay over for 12 hrs transit in airport specially i have little kids. I tried to call the airline to solve the problem but they said call the agent you booked with.i called them said you have to solve this issue for me it is your responsibility since you don't even bother to email me with the change in the flight time. I got no help.

They told us we got the reservations for 2 business class tickets, then we were told that they cancelled it because our credit card was declined. When I called they said the airline did not have any seats and tried to sell us much higher price tickets. Simple Bait and switch... Never use them again

She was very nice and she was making great job for us and thank for her
