It was very easy ordering a casket from Trusted Caskets and even though the funeral isn't for a week they shipped it out the same day I ordered it and it arrived the very next day with no shipping charges. The only negative would be that when the funeral home examined the casket they found some "scuff" marks, for lack of a better term, and I went to look at it. I took some pictures and sent them to Trusted Caskets and the said I could send it back and get another one, hopefully in time, although with the promlt delivery of the first casket I feel confident it would have arrived in time, or they said they would give me a price adjustment. I choose the price adjustment and hired a professional cabinet maker to buff out the marks and add some varnish. It turned out great so we are very happy with our purchase.

Casket came in great shape, was a day late because of road closure on I70.

First of all, I am not one to leave reviews but in this case it would be a disservice to Trusted Caskets, Tim and others considering buying a casket online. Tim was EXCELLENT to work with. He was pleasant and helpful with the many questions I had. I was apprehensive about ordering online in the first place, and he reasssured me not to worry. I wasn't sure either about ordering the "Last Supper Casket" and Tim patiently described, to a tee, how it looked. It was even more beautiful in person. Great customer service and price for quality of casket. I AM A PERSON WHO DOES LOTS OF RESEARCH AND COMPARISON SHOPPING. DO NOT HESITATE TO PURCHASE FROM THEM.
