Trusted CasketsReviews of trustedcaskets.com

I cannot begin to express how grateful we are for the service that was offered during this stressful time. We did not have a lot of money and my Mom wanted to be cremated. I was hesitant about searching online by price, but we made the best choice. Tim from TrustedCaskets.com was unbelievable, professional, patient and kind to me. He went above and beyond for me and my Mom. We were all amazed by his generosity and warm caring. I highly recommend Tim and trustedcaskets.comJust the best.

Everyone was so helpful and I am glad it wasn’t a long process. It was very fast thanks Tim for giving great service bless all the people there

Trusted Caskets helped me in a very difficult time. They allowed me to buy my casket in advance and agreed to hold it for a couple of months because my loved one had not yet passed. Apart from grieving, there are a lot of preparations and purchases that need to be done as a loved one passes. Trusted Caskets delivered my casket a month later when I needed it. Grieving is hard. Trusted Caskets made our difficult time less stressful. Thank you Trusted Caskets.

Professional, empathetic, and efficient. I can't recommend these guys enough. They were always easily accessible by phone, knowledgeable about timelines and pricing, and very understanding and respectful during the entire process. There was no push to make a purchase and all costs were disclosed up front- no surprise charges. Death is never easy, but Tim made things a lot easier.

The casket was delivered to the closest to my funeral home airport the next day after I ordered it and deliver to the funeral home exactly when promised

I had a very good experience with this company. I bought the Monarch Casket for my father. Losing a loved one makes you very vulnerable and I am extremely happy that Lana was there for me and my family every step of the way. Lana handled everything for us and they treated my family as royalty during this difficult time. Their prices were lower than the other casket providers. The casket was delivered on time, as promised. The price could not be beaten for such quality. I would use them again.

They really helped me in my time of need. Very professional and affordable. Would definitely refer them to any one

We are very happy with our decision to purchase the casket from trusted caskets. The casket we received was even better than on pictures! The funeral home had an identical casket but at a much higher cost. I’m glad I decided to call them first, to compare the price, before buying the casket at the funeral home. We have saved over $1500 when we bought the casket for my grandfather here. I highly recommend that company!
