Trusted CasketsReviews of trustedcaskets.com

Great service, casket arrived to funeral home as scheduled. Pricing excellent and looked as seen in photo. Overall the company was easy to work with and able to answer all questions.

Easy. Great communication. Affordable.

Excellent service, I ordered the casket on my cell phone while sitting in the office at the Funeral Home. All of the caskets in my price range were 20 gage and more expensive than the 18 gage I ordered from Trusted caskets. The order went smooth and simple, trusted caskets reached out to the funeral home immediately after the order went in and worked out the details. I opted for expedited overnight delivery and received a waybill from delta cargo it arrived at JFK from LAX at 6 am next business day. There was a problem with delivery at the funeral home they would not accept the casket with packaging I reached out to Trusted Caskets and they came through again, way to go, Thank you.

Coffin was as described and shipping was quick as well. The design is what pleased me the most.

Tim was the greatest person I could of gotten. He helped me a lot. I had ordered from Costco to get less expensive casket for my father, but Costco cancelled my order with a few days to spare for the services. I was in distress on how to get a casket asap. I looked up on Google and only 2 came up. The star rating on Trusted Casket was what motivated me to call them and utilize them. I'm glad I did. No shipping fee's. I ordered it on Monday evening and on Wednesday Casket arrived at funeral home. Tim called me to tell me every detail. It's being shipped it has arrived. Services went well and casket was perfect and it arrived in perfect shape. In a heart beat I would utilize them again. Great prices too. Thanks a million.

It was a very easy experience buying from this guys. The customer service experience was absolutely good, and the follow up was great! 2 business day and the casket was delivered. Can't ask for more! And prices are competitive.

Great service. Fast response.

The Casket was beautiful, it came on time with no damages. Customer service was most helpful along the way up until I received it. I got so many compliments I will definitely consider using them again if the need arises.
