Also, I want to explain the reason for the delay. We have shipping information on our website, and there listed that it is always business days, no weekends or holidays since freight companies never deliver on weekends. Additionally, in your case there was a 1-day delay due to weather conditions, as you can see from your tracking number. We also warn our customers in our shipping policy, unfortunately, we can not control the weather or any kind of natural disasters. If there is a snowstorm, which causes the power outage on a carrier facility, we can do nothing with that. Regarding the residential deliveries carriers often require additional time for that, and we have it explained in our shipping information as well. Hope I explained here the reasons why it cost you an additional day, and Again, we apologize for the inconvenience!

We are sorry about your experience, unfortunately, sometimes Funeral Homes do not handle the caskets with due care and for this reason, in very rare cases they may be damaged due to negligence of their workers. We always provide our customers with the best services and Quality Guaranty for all our products, and in the case, if casket has any defects or damages at the moment of the delivery, we provide FREE exchange or full money refund. Base on our records, the casket was delivered to your Funeral Home on 08/31, before noon. And funeral service was held on 09/03, so you had 3 business days before the service, and we could exchange the casket the same day if necessary, but you did not report us about any damages. Additionally, we can assure you that at the moment of the delivery by our driver, the casket was inspected by a Funeral Home representative - this is the standard procedure that all the Funeral Homes conduct every time for every single casket if it was provided by a third party casket company. The Funeral Homes losing the money when people buying the caskets directly from casket companies, because the same caskets from the funeral home cost there twice more expensive. So, we assure you, that the Funeral Homes never accept the casket if it has any small scratch, chip, or any defect or damage since after they sign the proof of the delivery and the casket inspection list, they held responsibility for the casket. We can provide you with the delivery inspection confirmation at any time.
