The casket was promised for delivery on Thursday, but did not arrive to the funeral home until the following day, BARELY making the deadline. On top of that, the casket came damaged and due to the delay in delivery we were unable to purchase a replacement casket locally in time.

I looked at the website and then called to place an order rather than order on line so I could get assistance since with would be going into a crypt. They were extremely helpful and the whole process of answering questions and placing and order took around 15 minutes or less. The order was placed and shipped that day and was received as promised.
