Not exactly what we wanted
The casket we preferred was not in stock. Online listing was not updated. Had to settle for one that wasn’t our first choice. And to top it off the casket we received was not the one that was pictured online. Minor differences, but when I purchase something I expect what I see in the picture. By then, we didn’t want anything to interfere with my fathers service so we didn’t make a big deal out of it. Plus we were and are still grieving our loss. However, we are satisfied with price and quick delivery.

I accidently put the shipping address as my own address. I emailed the company to let them know. I was panicking and stressed out planning my mothers funeral. A minute later i found the number to call as I was dialing the number a rep from the company called me and got it all straighted out for me. The best customer service I have ever received anywhere.

It's never easy planning a burial for a loved one, but not having to worry about whether or not the casket would show up on time is a plus. Both of my phone calls were answered promptly and order updates were nothing short of amazing. If you want things done right and on time, this is the company to buy from.
