While purchasing a used semi-truck
While purchasing a used semi-truck, adding an extended warranty would make sense to most people. Truck appeared to be in good condition, no obvious issues found, along with a thumbs up from the sales staff that I’m ready to go. Truck ran fine for about a month until the problems began (one box). While in the shop, TruNorth requested the history codes of the vehicle, and determined the problem was an existing issue prior to the sale of the vehicle, therefore will not cover repairs. It’s the loophole specifically designed to prevent them (TruNorth) from paying for any repairs to the vehicle. This company is a SCAM, whatever you do, STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, they are only interested in taking your money. Do not invest in this company, it’s a legal scam…

Hello Lawler. I would like the opportunity to answer your unfounded claims, however, your name does not appear on any of our warranties and we dispute your unsubstantiated statements. It is important to remember that as soon as you notice skips, misses or any lights on the dash to pull over. However, until such time as you are able to provide true and accurate information, along with the name or VIN number associated with a warranty, we are unable to fully respond to your post.
