My contact person was Kyle! He quoted me a price of 2498 that I itemized down to the tea! When the movers came, the price that was quoted was way off by about $2,500 extra dollars. They needed 300 cubic feet more than what I agreed to! I told them I couldn't afford to use their service. So they still put a few of my big items on the truck and held them hostage! My daughter called the police and not trying to be funny they were all Hispanic they hopped in the truck and left with my furniture! These people stole my furniture! They took it to a storage facility to hold for ransom. I would not recommend this company! This is a first and last time for me!

Not experts by a longshot.
I booked Frontier Moving Solutions for my move from New Jersey to Florida. Once they had my deposit, communication practically disappeared. I needed certificates of insurance and basic details about the truck to make sure access wouldn’t be an issue and I wouldn't incur additional costs. Getting any of that information was like pulling teeth — I didn’t have confirmation until almost the day of the move.
They took my inventory over the phone, reassured me they were “experts” at estimating space, and told me exactly what I’d need - they were wrong. When the movers finally arrived (a company Frontier brokered me out to, not Frontier themselves), they said I needed DOUBLE the space and started charging extra for things Frontier had said were included — like my exercise bike. And then started telling me that I was quoted wrong pricing for my sofa.
The actual moving company itself was another nightmare -- they kept telling me wrong delivery dates, charged me exorbitant prices and "fees" for things that shouldn't have had fees -- but when I called Frontier to enlist their help, they apologized, said they’d “talk to the owner,” and discount me, and then never followed up. No accountability. No discount.
Frontier Moving Solutions needs to take real responsibility for the companies they broker customers to. You can’t just hand off clients to another company, pocket a commission, and then pretend you have nothing to do with what happens next. That’s unethical and unacceptable.
I’m not usually one to post bad reviews, but this experience was absolutely awful. I would never use Frontier Moving Solutions again or any other broker. Go direct with a reputable moving company, even if it costs more — it’ll save you a ton of stress, money, and regret.

Expensive lesson to learn to not use Frontier
50% of initial quote due immediately. Exactly 3 days before the move there was a new quote - so I could either pay it or cancel the entire move. I paid it. Then they wouldn't commit to a move date, moving between original date and flex dates. I kept calling them to get different answers each time because I felt like they ghosted me after my second payment. That led me to search reviews.... If I only knew what a scam they were!!! I called and cancelled only getting my second payment refunded and forfeiting over $1400!! They are refusing to refund the second payment despite emailing me that's the only funds if be getting!!! Very nice and courteous until I made that second payment and was locked in. Then my calls weren't answered and they were hard to contact and when I did reach them, they were extremely rude!!! Do not use this company!!!!

Do not use this company
Do not use this company, they straight lied from first phone call through process. I told them what I had and their quote for space and $ wasn't even close. They hooked me in by taking deposit and leaving half my stuff in lawn saying it would be double the quote price!! It wasn't my mistake about space, it was theirs, why am I responsible for paying double? Their cust service line was beyond useless as well at resolving. Save yourself the hassle and money....don't use these con artists!

Do not recommend. Be aware of this company
Be aware of this company. Do not recommend.
The sales rep will just say what you need to hear to close the deal.
Heather and Michelle from customer service are incredibly rude. I happened to have to cancel my move so they took my deposit, that's okay. I asked for that to be waived as Erik, the representative told me they're a service company, if they don't do the service they'll give me back the money and didn't advice me on the deposit refund policy. it's in my contract, that's okay. That's not the point of this review.
When I called several times to try to understand my options and problem solve, I got Michelle and Heather treating me incredibly disrespectful and not problem solving, of course. Not letting me talk and incredibly condescending and passive aggressive. Heather even mocked me saying " Miss lawyer you should've read your contract". And I can go on. They gave me too much content for this review but I'll leave it here.
Do not use this company. I recommend you folks to get certified on a 1:1 soft Skills training/customer service training that is more advanced to enhanced your skills and service standards, it'll impact your business considerably.

I WOULD NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN
I WOULD NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN! This company is a broker, not a moving company, so the price they quote may have no bearing on the cost actually charged by the moving company. In my case, none of the details were communicated to the moving company, and the volume of contents was completely inaccurate, resulting in my price being $1500 higher than the price quoted by frontier. When I then requested to cancel my order they said I would lose my $700 deposit.

No refund
I scheduled a move with them and paid the 50% deposit. Long story short about a week later I had to cancel due to family issues. When I called to cancel, they said they'd keep the reservation "open" and I could use the deposit in the future but they would not issue a refund after three days. I find that to be bad business compared to other moving companies I have dealt with.

If I could give zero stars
If I could give zero stars, I would. I hired Frontier Moving to move from New Jersey to Fort Lauderdale, and my experience was a total nightmare. We discussed everything up front: a simple two-bedroom move, all items packed, four TVs, and the representative named Kyle even gave me a quote of $1,780. He told me to buy TV boxes, and I did everything he suggested.
But three days before the move, I got a call from a so-called “manager” who was incredibly rude and basically doubled my price to $3,800, claiming Kyle “forgot” to include certain items. When I said that was unacceptable and I wanted to cancel, he threatened that I wouldn’t get my deposit back and arrogantly told me his name was just “Manager” and no one else would help me.
In short, this company hit me with a $2,000 upcharge at the last minute and held my deposit hostage. This is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. They lure you in with a low quote and then jack up the price when you’re stuck. Avoid at all costs.
