SCAM SCAM SCAM company! This is the most unprofessional company who calls themselves a business. I hope these people go to jail for what they are operating. This company is literally stealing peoples stuff and not providing updates on the move or stuff. These people need to get called out and put into jail. I would call for a lawsuit for this company and make sure this doesn’t happen to anyone else. Anthony, Solomon - your on watch! You’re going to jail for the scamming you’re doing. We will be fining you for all the time you spent stealing my mom’s stuff. She will not be paying anymore money to you.

NEVER USE THIS COMPANY.This is the absolute worst company in the world they have my mother's possessions. Her move was scheduled for may 30th they didnt pick up till June 1st. Its over the 30 days now andbmy mothers still doesnt have her stuff. All of her belongings all of my grandparents sentimentals. Its like they r holding her stuff hostage toll she pays more $. Absolutely they r scammers!!!!!!!!i am beyond angry at this point. They never communicate they never give an honest estimate as to when the truck will show up. When u call all u get is a autobot u cant ever speak to a live person. I GIVE THIS COMPANY A ZERO RATING

This was the worst moving experience I have had. The company was unprofessional, delayed, and dishonest. I was quoted a rate for a 48hr USA-Canada move and told I could pickup my belongings at final destination on the second day. However, on the day of move I was called 1hr in advance and told that I needed to meet the movers at the border crossing. Then, I experienced over 9hrs of delay waiting for movers to arrive and meet me at the border. Then, I was charged 30% more than agreed on surcharges and told the company only accepted e-transfer, direct deposit, or certified cheque for the total on the day of delivery or my belonging would not be delivered. In case you are not aware, e-transferring over 3k is not possible in one day, so if you don't have a couple friends to help out, you are forced into a very unpleasant situation. If you choose True North Moving, you can expect unprofessional services, extensive delays, unexpected surcharges, and coercive behaviour. Do yourself the favour of STAYING FAR AWAY!!!

I had a disappointing experience with Lucas from True North Moving. During our interaction, I found him to be rude, unprofessional, and dismissive. His communication style was inappropriate, and he used language that I felt was vulgar and unacceptable in a customer service setting. I expected respectful and professional communication, but unfortunately, that was not my experience. Based on this interaction, I would not recommend this service and hope the company addresses customer service standards to ensure a better experience for future clients.

Thir customer service is by all meanings disgusting, some low life Lukas was the person harassing me just to after start a little high school arguments of how he didn't got his way,, dont do business with this company, find a reputable one, not this kind of low managed ones, bad company, bad employees and bad everything over all...

Avoid This Scam Operation Frontier quoted $2,749.39. Stanford Van Lines loaded my stuff then demanded $4,318. Forced same-day contract signing, phone grabbed out of my hand by their representative, and they are holding my medical equipment hostage for cash. Disabled senior customer. FMCSA complaint filed. Police reports filed. Terrible predatory company. Do not use Stanford Van Lines or Frontier Moving Solutions.

They were 2hrs late. I had 95% of the boxes already on driveway. They took 5hrs to wrap n bring up 2 beds, 3 dressers, couch, love seat, 2 chairs, very small freezer, China cabinet, tread mill, n about 10 boxes. The drive to location was 3 hrs. Took them 4hrs. Quoted me for 10hrs of work. My storage unit locks at 10pmthey got there at 9:09. Told them they have hussal cause we only have til 10pm. They said they had 2 hrs. I brought 2 extra people with me n we got it done by 9:50pm. Plus there was several damages n of course the managers took a month to get back to me. Told me sorry for my frustrating experience blah blah blah. Wrote them back n still have heard back from them. Also I had to pay full amount otherwise the were going to not show up until I paid. BE WARNED!!!!

I used True North Moving and Storage for my move from BC to ON. Absolutely the worst choice. This company does not have integrity and lacks good communication. When originally arranged my items were to arrive 7-10 days after pick up which put them arriving in Ontario December 10-13. They did not contact to let me know why there was no delivery. I reached out and they said they missed a connection or something and it would ship the following week and arrive January 8th. I wasn’t happy about but there was nothing I could do. I asked if there was any additional charges as my stuff is now being stored for a month. They said no. January 8th came and went with no updates. They did not respond to my calls, text or emails. At this point I obtained legal help because I couldn’t even reach the company to know where my items were and my business was being impacted because I did not have access to supplies that I was waiting to arrive. They did respond to my lawyer saying that shipping delays are normal when waiting for a container to fill before shipment. At no time was I ever advised this was how my items were being shipped or that this was a requirement needing to be met before my stuff would be moved. I certainly would not have chosen to go with a company that said 10 days but maybe 2 months if the container isn’t full. My items were finally shipped in February and arrived damaged. The movers damaged my home. To replace or repair my damaged furniture and home is approximately $11,000 not including taxes or legal fees. Because my items were stored for months is a damp container custom furniture was damaged. Leather recliners covered in mold. Furniture I’ve had in excellent condition prior to my move is gouged. The casing of my sewing machine cracked. I do not recommend True North or any subsidiary or affiliated company for any work. They do not have good business practices or policies. They do not care about doing a good job or ensuring your furniture arrives safely, timely or that your property is respected. They certainly will not provide upfront communication about how things will work, what to expect, or give updates. There are much better companies to work with.
