Truemed made it really easy to obtain a letter of medical necessity and use my FSA to order products. Unfortunately, my FSA provider rejected the letter and I'm being forced to pay back the money.

The process was simple. I discovered Truemed on Garmin when I was looking for a replacement fitness tracker. I use one to help motivate me for runs and to track several exercises. I would not have bought the model I did if I could not use HSA. Process was straightforward, while I can't say it'll be the same for everyone, this is what it was for me: 1) Wed, purchase garmin watch (with own CC) and pick option for Truemed after purchase 2) request medical note by answering 4 ish page questionnaire - no additional fees 3) received that note mid day (ECD was 24 hours) 4) Wed night send note to my HSA account manager and request reimbursement 5) Fri received reimbursement

I had an issue using Truemed during checkout on the PilatesFlo website and wasn't able to see the Truemed payment option. I reached out to support and received prompt, helpful responses throughout the entire process. The team quickly escalated my request, reviewed the screenshots I provided, and clearly explained the root cause of the issue. They identified that a subscription item in my cart was preventing the Truemed payment option from appearing and provided simple troubleshooting steps that resolved the problem immediately.
