True Link FinancialReviews of truelinkfinancial.com

Wonderful customer service! All the reps I have come into contact with have been polite, helpful, and get the job done quickly and accurately. I wish I had made the change to this service a long time ago! My clients are very happy too!

Your representatives are always respectful, courteous and get the job done.

I love the ease of the spending monitor and how quickly the notifications come in and changes can be made. What kept me from giving 5 stars is the limit of how many accounts can fund the card. That was a lenthy experience trying to figure out why, emailing trulink, and getting another account set up. Now that it’s set up, I love using this card.

Wonderful, helpful, polite customer service team! Wish we could run a report of transfers scheduled to be completed the next day.

We have an Aunt with mental illness and True link has been a God sent they are kind and patient when she calls and complains...Thank you for this service you provide!

My client's card wore out and was not working well. They are replacing it free of charge.
