I worked in case management for years and served individuals who had disabilities. I had never heard of the True Link card until my mom was in need of a payee who utilized True Link Financial card services for their clients. Years later and once I became my moms payee, I continued using the True Link card for her and discovered how the website as an administrator was very user friendly and allowed for customizations that would meet my mothers needs. Highly impressed with this service. Such an ingenious tool to help others in the community be successful in managing their daily finances! Customer service has always been top notch!

Absolutely the best company...and the best idea for distributing money to homecare workers, family, public benefit recipients, and beneficiaries. I am a professional fiduciary and my job was made much easier with the True Link card. Not only can I distribute trust monies to home care workers and control where the money is spent, I can get a report on transactions. I can also make sure my beneficiaries on public benefits do not spend their trust funds on items which would jeapordize their SSI benefits. A True Link card is not considered like an ATM or credit card, which allows the recipient to demand deposits. I control the deposits, the spending, and the cash withdrawals. Money can be placed onto the card right away, or within 3-4 business days. I love the convenience.

True Link approval True link approved my bank at first, but then said it was not eligible. And there was no other option for it other than open another bank account or deposit my entire check to it. Didn’t contact me about it until it was too late. There was no app or anything for the beneficiary so they didn’t know how much they had. But I did love about it, that I could block certain things, but that was it. Customer service wasn’t very good. The person I was talking to hung up on me when we couldn’t come to a resolution. Or offered no resolution.

We have been using True Link for few years. We are a rep-payee and use True Link cards for some of our clients and our experience is been amazing. Using true link services is been a wonderful experience specially when we encounter some crisis with our clients who sometimes need funds immediately. True link is been a good experience for our clients and our organization as well. We are very happy that we made this transition and hope to encourage all our clients to use their services. My card does work good,but I'm upset because I'm limited on what I can buy with it,my payee without telling me,or giving me any verification of it,put a restriction on my card that prevents me from being able to buy anything that's either made by or sold by Google itself or Google play store for Android and she says that true link automatically blocks them due to history of card holders being scammed so all I ask is this claim to be verified so I know if my payee is lying to me so she can be a control freak or if this claim is true, because I'm a gamer, and since my payee doesn't want to pay for cable or normal TV,all I get is WiFi and internet connection so since I'm a gamer and use YouTube I need to be able to buy apps for games which are called mods, because the card works on steam,but if I want mods for certain games I have to use Google to pull up the site the mods are on and pay for signup to get decent ones that work,and some games require apps to get them to work,some help game work better and I need apps for android to link,so it's hard to buy them if the sites that create and sell them aren't created or sold by Google itself or Google play,but I'm forced to use Google itself to search for it, because if I try Microsoft edge it keeps redirecting me to Google so i have no other way to search it, and PlayStation network has an issue and Microsoft store because it doesnt accept my card because it doesn't properly regconize my address and zip code it says something doesn't match, but it's suspicious because it works fine on steam,works on amazon so all i wanna know is this claim the payee says true or not,if its not true i need this restriction removed cuz its preventing me from things i need for gaming

We have been using True Link for just under a year. We are rep-payee for over 100 individuals and use True Link cards for each person. I was reluctant at first since it is such new process to our organization, but we are very happy that we made the change. Once you learn the system which is user friendly and modify your processes to incorporate this system it is very smooth. They were wonderful on getting us up and running. Their customer service is top notch. I communicate with them on a regular basis and have never been disappointed. Highly recommended
