I have used True Link for a little over 8 months now to help my son manage money. True Link is a wonderful tool for helping parents or guardians get money to their loved ones. True Link has a help "Chat" that can help with almost anything. If the "chat" can't help with more involved issues (which are few), then just email them and someone usually emails me back in minutes. I can fund the account easily, change funding in seconds and even do "emergency transfers" now that we have been with True Link for several months. To set the "emergency transfer" up, I just emailed True link support and literally in 16 minutes they emailed me back and had it all set up for me. True Link is truly and great tool to help with managing someone else's money in a quick, easy and efficient way.

True Link Financial is an amazing company that has been so helpful in helping me provide my special needs daughter with a daily allowance without risks. The individuals whom I have interacted with are kind, patient and very helpful whenever there is a problem. They are available whenever needed. More companies should follow their customer service practices! Additionally their software is amazing and easy to use. Great company that you can truly trust!!

I love True Link! They made my life as a rep-payee SO MUCH EASIER! They have great customer service. Whenever I have an issue they help, they don't give people a hard time. They actually schedule annual calls (if you want- no pressure) to just check in with you as a customer.

Ease of use and flexibility of spending controls

Beware that it takes a FULL WEEK for your money to be available on the true link card after you load the money onto it. Every single time. Horribly inconvenient.
