Charge for domains they can't deliver…
Charge for domains they can't deliver and then make getting a refund or credit painful. No displayed email address just an AI bot to talk to. AVOID if you can.

They use disjointed services(whcms +. Plugins) and no support
They use interconnected services that have broken pipelines for example you pay for a service then they tell you that's not available. I created a high priority ticket and it hasn't been responded to for a month. When you request for support you chat with a bot and the only support available is technical, no billing support and so on.

truehost is a big scam
truehost is a big scam. no customer support you only chat with a confused ai robot. my domain was stolen from truehost. they dont have valid offices.

TRUEHOST IS A SCAM
Do not waste your time and money at truehost. Their services are poor. Even trying to login into my own account is hectic. I asked for a refund after buying a domain and I am yet to get it. It been 24hrs and the Billing team have not reached out to me.
