Service was good till they started lying. I have been stuck for three days now. My vps is not running and when I report the problem they say they will look into it and get back to me. Which they don't. I would rather be honest than keeping someone hanging.

This is the worst service I have ever experienced. I have a simple issue that is unresolved for 2 weeks with countless calls which are met by nonchalant support people. Their headsets are so terrible, the only thing that is audible is a consistent rooster in the background.

Don't Host with them. they're unreliable, you can't trust them. i have issues with my vps Registered with them, for over 10 days no one has responded to my issue. their number is not going through, they don't respond to tickets, I regret hosting with them

I was left waiting for entire days with no answers or progress, only to have my ticket marked as resolved when nothing was fixed. If you're considering this service for a reliable VPS or CyberPanel experience, I would highly advise against it due to the lack of consistent support and unreliability in accessing critical resources.
