They have a very terrible server
Their hosting is terrible, after migrating my website to three different servers, I ended up with a very useless server and my client website kept going down every four market days I am just waiting for my one-year to expire so I can transfer the website.

Truehost are scammers, I have been asking for refund for over 2weeks now they refuse to refund me my money... I regret ever using them, I won't even try it again

Worstest experience with the so called customer support
Worstest experience if there can be a no star i will gladly use that.. how can i chat with 4 different live chat support Tony, Grace and two others and i was left hanging in chat for hours and no response.. while my issue was to just add a dns record to verify a google site and i was stucked for good 5 hours, on what didnt take me 3 mins to fix, they are the worst domain seller, just absolutely no support.... how can you join chat and leave, no reply, not pushing to other person to chat with pure nonsense i regret using your platform and today is the end for that
