Very impressed by the support from Zola
Very impressed by the support from customer service team member Zola! Fast, knowledgeable, super friendly and this late in the evening - there are many webhosting providers out there, but for me customer service is very important and that is why I will move all my Kenyan domains to Truehost in the near future.

Feedback
When it comes to feedback and assistance, these guys come ahead. I like how quickly they respond. They could however improve on the accessibility of the cPanel by providing direct access to by clients without needing to request links from them. But in total, I'm pleased with the service. Especially to George 🙌🏾

Errors Resolved
