Pathetic support from Truehost.
Have transferred domains to Truehost and since then had nothing but problems. Like most complaints found here it revolves around websites & emails not working. Have opened various "support tickets" but to no avail. This has been going on now for almost 2 weeks. So in summary: Don't waste your time or money on these jokers. ps. I wonder how many people "raving" about Zola's assistance realise they where conversing with a bot?

Cpanel login reset
My issue was resolved quickly in a matter of minutes and effectively by Zola from support. I forgot my username and password and now I can login knowing both.
